Terms of use
These terms govern your use of MICE Registry (the "Registry"), operated by [Operator legal name] ("we").
Who can register
You may register an organisation only if you are authorised to represent it. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Your information
Information you submit must be accurate and kept up to date. By submitting a profile you allow us to display the profile information you mark as public, and to use registry data in aggregated, anonymised industry statistics.
Registry IDs, registration and verification
- A Registry ID identifies a profile in this registry. It is not a licence, permit, certification or government-issued credential.
- "Registered" means a profile has been accepted for listing. "Verified" means the registry team has checked selected details. Neither is an endorsement or guarantee of any organisation's services.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false, misleading or infringing content, impersonate another organisation, scrape the Registry, or use contact details for unsolicited bulk marketing.
Review and removal
We may review, request changes to, decline, or remove any profile that breaches these terms or that we cannot verify.
Liability
The Registry is provided "as is". Dealings between buyers and listed organisations are solely between those parties.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will notify registered users of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
